Genel Bilgiler / General Information
Konferansımıza özet ya da tam metin ile katılmak mümkündür. Hakem değerlendirmesi en çok 5 iş günü sürmektedir. Kabul edilen bildiriler için kabul mektubu (her yazar için ayrı) gönderilmektedir. Katılım ücretinin yatırılmasının ardından bildiriler konferans programına eklenmektedir. Bildirilerin konferansta sunulması zorunludur. Sunulmayan bildiriler konferans kitabından çıkarılacaktır. Bildiriler usbedconference@gmail.com adresine gönderilmeli ve tüm yazışmalar bu adres ile yapılmalıdır.
It is possible to participate in our conference with an abstract or a full text. The review evaluation takes a maximum of 5 working days. Acceptance letters (separate for each author) are sent for accepted papers. After the participation fee is paid, the papers are added to the conference program. Papers must be presented at the conference. Papers that are not presented will be removed from the conference book. Papers should be sent to usbedconference@gmail.com and all correspondence should be made to this address.

- Bildirilerin ISBN’li bildiri kitabında yayını / Publication in the proceedings book with ISBN
Sınırlılıklar / Limitations
- Türkiye kontenjanı en fazla %49 olacaktır. Bu orana ulaştıktan sonra Türkiye’den bildiri kabulü duracaktır.
The maximum quota for Türkiye will be 49%. After this rate is reached, acceptance of papers from Türkiye will stop. - Bir kişi en fazla iki bildiri ile katılabilir.
A person can participate with a maximum of two papers. - Bir metinde en fazla üç yazar olabilir.
A text can have a maximum of three authors. - Sunum süresi ortalama 8-12 dakikadır. Kesin süreyi moderator belirler.
The presentation duration is approximately 8-12 minutes. The exact duration is determined by the moderator.
